The overall objective is to stimulate the dynamics of municipal services development in the cities of Lublin Voivodeship and Volyn Oblast through transfer of knowledge and experiences exchange.The specific objectives are:1. Transfer of knowledge and increase in competencies of the personnel employed in the municipal economy sector of the Polish-Ukrainian borderlands cities, including the experiences transfer from EU Member States.2. Working out concepts concerning drainage of rain and thaw water which cause temporarily inundations of urbanized areas of Chelm and Luck Cities.3. Improvement of municipal services quality and tightening the cooperation among self-governments from Euroregion Bug area in this area. Expected Results: Professionally trained staff of the municipal economy sector of the Polish-Ukrainian borderlands cities.. Working out a concept concerning draining of rain water in Chelm and Lutsk on the basis of conducted researches and analyses.The effective network of cross-border cooperation and of experiences exchange created in order to improve the municipal services improvement in the Euroregion Bug area.
