Target cities are Mexico City, Managua, Havana, Bogota, Quito, Lima, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Brasilia 3. Finally, the award will also allow the candidate to reinforce his academic record with continuous in-field direct contact with EU institutions, governmental and academic centers in Europe, located in Brussels/Bruges, Strasbourg, Luxemburg, Paris, Florence, Barcelona/Madrid).
