The main aim of the project “My class business"” is to educate hearing impaired pupils’ financial literacy.The project activities address the development of pupils’ knowledge and skills in the planning and management of personal, family budget; the competencies of enterprise, attitude of responsible behavior with money, nature and school resources. The activities as well are oriented to the promoting of the partnership between parents and teachers. The main project activities will be included into the School/College Curriculum and after school activities. During project meetings between the pupils, teachers and parents there will be the possibility to work together and share experiences in different types of activities:• Creating and implementing of classes’ business plans in the frame of class projects (where the goal for the school year is chosen and the business plan how to “earn” money for its realization is prepared).• The trainings of pupils about management of personal and family budget.• Creating workbooks and computer educational programs "My Personal Budget” and “Family Budget” • Preparation of sign language explanatory dictionary "Personal Finances“• Making presentations, films about the classes' projects and international partnership.• Organizing Project Meetings, Fairs, Conferences, Family day, and Workshops.The final project outcomes (products) will be: the Workbooks (computer and printed versions) and Computer Educational Programs "My Personal Budget“ and "Family Budget“, Sign language explanatory dictionary "Personal Finances“ (in partners’ national sign languages), two International Conferences: “The most successful class business projects“ and “ The Education of financial literacy in Deaf pupils”.
