E-learning for Managers : The project created two innovative online vocational training courses which introduced e-learning to a new target audience of SMEs. Thanks to the courses, over 300 SME managers from 26 countries were encouraged to undertake training using e-learning. Blueprints and benchmarks for the development of future courses, targeted at raising standards and understanding of e-learning were launched. A new vocational qualification in virtual tutoring was approved under the project. Dissemination of the project results was undertaken at local, national and international levels, and in all 5 EU partner countries. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
