It is a long term EVS project type aimed at supporting the mobility of young people. The volunteer will be joining I-Dare and she will working on one of the projects open at the moment of her inclusion, according to her personal abilities. He will be responsible to co-manage, co-promote and to also join the programme as participant working on her own initiative. The different projects allow the volunteer to develop the abilities where she finds more comfortable while contributing to the work of the organization. The main characteristics of this EVS can be summarized as follows: - Co-working space- Use of social media as work tool but also as a means for social change- Capacity building based on needs assessment - Immersion on jordan culture and society
