The project will encourage socio-cultural potentional of the border area by fostering contacts between Romania and Moldavian partners, eligible in the program. Achievements: A strong relationship which was initiated during the implementation of a previous project called "Culture without frontiers' and developed throughout the implementation of the activities of the current project by the same partners; Two plays performed in the partner communities; Two young amateur theatre groups.
