Mobility project is carried out from 01.10.2014 to 30.09.2015. In current mobility project are the following participants, partners and time periods:Tailoring speciality has 4 students on practical training in Spain, Tenerife with host partner’s IES Las Indias partner companies. Cook speciality has 2 students on practical training in Spain, Valencia with the host partner’s Esmovia partner companies, 2 students in Spain, Malaga with host partner’s SERVICE INTERNSHIP CONSULTING S.L partner companies and 2 students in Sweden, Gimo with the host partner Bruksgymnasiet partner companies. Social care speciality has 3 students on practical training in Spain, Valencia with the host partner’s Esmovia partner companies. Logistics speciality has students on practical training in Bulgaria, Sofia with host partner’s Bulgaria Gateway Ltd partner companies. Car technician speciality has 2 students on practical training in Spain, Malaga with host partner’s SERVICE CONSULTING S.L partner companies and 3 students in Sweden, Õstersund with host partner’s Jämtlands Gymnasieförbund partner companies. Logistics speciality has students on practical training in Malta with host partner’s MCAST partner companies. In this project are participating total 26 students and seven hosting organizations. The main objective of the project is to promote the mobility of vocational training establishment students and its quality through having practical training abroad. Practical training gives young students the possibility to get more knowledge and acquire practical vocational skills in different culture, language and work environment. Participants have the possibility to work with modern equipment and highly developed working cultures while doing their practical training. This creates new study possibilities and improves study motivation for continuing studies and becomes the basis of lifelong learning experience. Possibility to acquire new working methods and technologies brings forth the increase of work related competitiveness. Managing with foreign culture and work environment develops greater communication skills and improves adaptability. Participants can practise their foreign language skill in work and casual environment and acquire the language terminology related to speciality. Young people’s foreign language skill increases in communication and also in professional level. The outcomes of the project are the students’ professional vocational skills improvements and development of work culture which helps them better to manage in real life work environment situations. Entrepreneurs get workers with better professional skills. School acquires new experience and knowledge through organizing and conducting.
