The mobility project „Body, society, culture: together for integration” is designed to enhance the adult training methodology of three organizations: Artemisszió Alapítvány, Néprajzi Múzeum and Ars Erotica - through trainings, job shadowing and participation at a conference. Also, it will lay the basis for a medium-, and long term cooperation between the participating organizations in such specific fields as health, intercultural communication, art in integration. The organizations participating in the project work in very similar fields and with their common action they would like to strengthen the individual organizations, as well as to increase the standard of intercultural training and mediation in Hungary. In the framework of the project 7 adult trainer will participate in trainings as trainees, two will be delegated as trainers, 3 trainers will participate in job shadowing, 1 will participate at a conference. The mobility projects of our staff will enrich our professional work, while they will also contribute to the personal development of our colleagues, broadening their professional, social and intercultural competences. They will be able to accomplish their tasks with more self-assurance and having a wider perspective. We believe that the cooperation of the participant organizations is more than just the addition of the parts, that the partnership will contribute to the development of the organizations and the participants, although this development will become totally manifest only after the project. We expect that on the long run the results will help the integration of different disadvantaged publics, the intercultural awareness of health workers, and it will provide relevant and innovative training content to the broad society.
