The EVS project "CROSSING THEATRE TERRITORIES" promotes the participation of a young girl from Greece, in the activities of the association Residui Teatro. The project will be developed in the city of Madrid, in the CENTRO DE ARTESANIA DE LAS ARTES ESCENICAS , multietnic island in the heart of the city, in C/ Ercilla 48, a place wich aim is art and non-formal education; really important in the city . The project is 11 months long and has the aim to involve young people in the activities of art education that try to promote the change. The activities will involve local groups, and national o international comunities. The aim is develop and encourage the development of a look into the growth of European citizenship. The Volunteer will participate in community activities that are focused on the use of theater for personal and social development. During the project, volunteers will learn and build useful skills they can use in future field of volunteer or in work contexts. Project beneficiaries, besides volunteers, will be groups of people from vulnerable contexts, the local community and the international network of contacts that will develop. The volunteer will take part in the organization of public activities (training courses , meetings , art-education workshop, etc..) and will develop a personal project that will be used to disseminate the project results. The volunteer will colaborate to organize the international meeting that will be realized in october 2015 to celebrete the 15th years of the theater company that create the asociacion RESIDUI TEATRO.
