This project is about collecting information on initiatives and good practices that encourage the employment of people with disabilities in order to facilitate their recruitment to SMEs, using the following steps:­ Researching best practice among European SMEs;­ Providing data on European initiatives and policy in employment and determining synergies between them;Developing training materials to ensure results reach a large audience. A web-based guidance and information system will be set up with the information collected from both public and private employment sectors. Manuals and articles will be published towards the final stages of the project. Networks providing training to SMEs will receive information on the project site. Different partners will hold seminars. Commercialisation is foreseen after EU support ends. Funds raised will be used to support future developments from the project results.
