According to the data of the Turkish Statistical Institute,Using internet has been determined like the figures belowBetween 25-34 in 2004 26,4 but in 2015 70,8Between 35-44 in 2004 13,1 but in 2015 50,0Between 45-54 in 2004 7,9 but in 2015 32,0Using internet increasing in the last 10 years is very active in every person’s life without differentiating age, gender, job or income rate. Besides its positive sides such as increasing accessibility to the knowledge and improving our using the time,when used in an uncontrolled manner,internet causes irreversible damages on chilren and adults. In our day internet and technology used actively in the access of the knowledge needed, technology addiction emerges as a fact spreads increasingly and it doesn’t get itself noticed. Internet smart phones and technological facilities which people used to be addicted to them without being aware emerge as a serious disorder reason by taking up people’s all time,decreasing communication in the family and social environment,disrupting sleep patterns,causing physical postures and defects of vision and making differtent the reactions psychologically given in the normal situations. Besides these, as the children take their families as a role model, they grow up as an unhappy and asocial individuals in an unhealthy atmosphere having lack of communication. According to a research done in our town, parents are generally more sensitive for their childen in the addiction of smoking or alcohol than technological addiction such as television,smart phones or internet. They state that they behave comfortably in the reason of that the children use technology near them. Because it is possible and fast to reach every kind of wanted or unwanted knowledge in the internet,some situations are on the carpet such as coming accross unsuitable things for his age,starting to live in a sanal world by breaking the communication with the family,changing his sleep order,lack of concentration, being far from social environment,decreasing academic success and sharing special knowledge . But in the recoveries of all these negative things; first of all, parent who are the role models for their children have to use technological devices such as internet television smart phones responsibly,paty attention to the family communication,spend time with the others in the social life and control themselves with various social activities. In the scope of mobility Project ,thought to be started in the date of 01/09/2016, the subject of which is the adult education in the technology addiction,in the coordination of the principal and vice principal in the charge of course plannings,the number of students having education in the formal education institutions in the academic year of 2016-2017 and their parents will be determined primarily with the collaboration of national education directorate of town. The participant group of 7 people will use the education facilities on the work going to Vienna Islamische Fachschule between the dates of 17/04/2017- 28/04/2017 The scope of the training activities abroad;Day 1 Meet, language and culture activitiesDay 2 Technology Addiction and StagesDay 3 Loss of Technology AddictionDay 4 Technology Addiction and other psychopathology,Day 5 Process of Addiction TechnologyDay 6 Sources of Technology AddictionDay 7 Necessary to get rid of Technology AddictionDay 8 Relations with children TechnologyDay 9 Suggestions for Parents Regarding Use of TechnologyDay 10 Responsible and Safe Use of Technology ,activities are planned in this regard.,After the education facility on the work abroad;practices creating awareness in our town about the parents’ technology using and addiction with the help of press and social media will be pursued and applications of the participants who want to join in the educations will be taken. After the applications,the hours and locations of the course will be determined. The struggle education against the addiction will be planned in the form 8 -16 hours. Except the Turkish struggle education against the addiction,0-18 age family education courses by our family education formators and Computer courses will be opened. In these courses ,necessary information will be given in the subjects of the correct usage of the technology and controlling of the addiction. The teachers fees will be paid by our institution. It is our aim to be an active and successful institution in the matter of struggle with the technology addiction which is the most important problem by reaching every part of the town and organizing the struggle activities about addiction for adults and officers in our town. With this awareness;when thought that the children grown up by the healthy and interested parents will be very active both in the family and in the country governing,we think that the parents who grow up them should be qualified in the conscious internet using and control themselves about technology addiction.
