The aims of the program: to facilitate that the participants during their work can involve and make young people‘s target layer active. Project venue: Nyíregyháza, Hungary. Type of the program: training. In the project, the participating specialists can come into the possession of knowledge through the presentations, workshops and various practices that is applicable and usable through practical work. We intend to pay special attention to the opportunities provided by non-formal learning; we will use it during the training of professionals and later during the work with young people. It can be an important experience to the participants, that besides the traditional forms of education, how effective the non-formal transfer of knowledge and the gaining of knowledge through this form can be. Countries participating in the training: Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Italy, Turkey, Georgia, Poland, Azerbaijan. Duration of the training: 7 days. During the training, the participants can discuss the setting up of communication methods and strategies; research methodology and the practical issues of planning. In connection with these, they can get to know the applicable and good working practices through lectures and presentations and they can also make discussions during the workshops. The program tries to find answers to the challenges that exist in today’s society, however, by awakening the creativity of professionals to foster that they find the answers and solution to these problems themselves. The goal is that by applying these methods they can target successfully the group of young people during their work.
