The TEC-TONIQ 2 project aims to further develop and leverage a methodology for recognising and valuing the experience of temporary workers, which in the broader sense includes: seasonal, pluripotent and people combining short-term contracts.In effect, we are currently experiencing a very difficult economic environment in which job insecurities continue to increase.The project proposes a methodology for temporary workers which creates tools such as a skills portfolio which their helps them to analyse their careers and their experiences in order to identify the skills they have acquired and to define or redefine their professional project.The project consists of ten partners from five countries: France, Italy, Romania, Poland, and the United Kingdom
