Getting them to play as a team is another story... 8-days training course for youth leaders and non-formal education facilitators TEAMWORK MAKES the DREAM WORK focuses on team building and cooperation as one' of the techniques for preventing and resolving conflict in groups of young people with diverse ethnical and social backgrounds. Main aims of the training course are to introduce the importance of team building and cooperation in order to avoid group conflict and promote inclusive and supportive group atmosphere, to introduce ingredients for effective teamwork, to share various team-building techniques and to develop individual skills for effective team building such as written and oral communication, leadership, team membership, planning and organizing skills, decision making, personal strength and analytical reasoning skills. Project gathers 29 participants and experts from ten countries which are fully or partly located in Balkan peninsula: host country Macedonia and Kosovo, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Turkey and Slovenia.
