EVS project "Team-wise" is dedicated to hosting two volunteers for six months in our new youth free time, culture and sports center in Riga. The volunteers will come from two different countries: Italy and Serbia.Our motivation of hosting two volunteers in our new sports and culture centre is expanding our working team with young people from other countries with different experience and new ideas, as well as having two more people's time and energy to do practical things in the Centre, both everyday activities and centre development process. We can offer to the volunteers wide range of learning opportunities: communication learning, language learning, local culture learning, technical learning - equipment: practical sound, lights, dj equipment, photo and video equipment, use of computer: photo editing, video editing, website creation and maintaining.The planned activities for the volunteers: taking part in team meetings and idea creation, promotional work of the Centre: contacts with media and partners, organizing of weekly and monthly activities, setting up equipment, assisting on organizing, cleaning of the Centre and helping the team to build and set up new constructions / activity places, going with the organization members to the activities and actions organized outside the Centre and helping with setting up, organization and promotion. Taking photos and videos of the events and activities, helping to maintain Centre website.The activities volunteers could create in our organization fully depend on their expertise, wish and level of initiative. The youth centre is mainly dedicated to sports, music and arts activities, and there are plenty of free time and space here to develop new programs, actions, workshops, lectures, seminars, music performances, etc.
