Källängens school is in need of developing : - International Cooperation - Methods to inspire students in mathematics and to develop excellence in mathematics teaching - Mathematics teaching through new communication methods such as drama , singing , etc. - Compitence in ICT in order to address students' needs : innovation , competitiveness and creativity - Knowledge of compensatory aids and new methods for students with learning disabilities - Teaching portfolios Teachers with different combinations of subjects from middle school and high school will participate in professional development . They will be based on their skills and needs to participate in mathematics courses or courses in how to design a digital portfolio . Some teachers will participate in job shadowing for new approaches in the educational work . Teachers participating in courses and job shadowing will be able to make connections with teachers and schools around Europe . International cooperation in Source Ängens school will be developed and the European identity can be strengthened. This reinforces the awareness that we are an active part of the European Community.
