One area with greater relevance to use ICT is educational context, because with them, it will compensate the adequacy to the needs and characteristics of the students. Now, one of the problems facing the future teachers for their incorporation into educational practice is to have acceptable levels of training, both in regards to its technological and instrumental knowledge as with respect to its methodological and strategic dominance. Through different research, we know the importance of using ICT in educational context, even more if we refer to the use of ICT for people with disabilities. We as educators and teachers, we as parents, we responsible leaders of associations are talking and trying to promote school for all since long time, in a word, Inclusion.TELESEICT was created keeping in mind the need for training future teachers in ICT connected to special needs education, because we feel the relevance and importance of be aware of these powerful tools. The general objective pursued is to raise the digital competence of the future teachers, for the use of good practices with persons with special educational needs arising from disability. Therefore, the project focuses on the use of ICT applied to people with disability functional diversity in teaching and learning processes. To do this, we start from a diagnostic questionnaire about ICT and SEN, we obtained near 1700 answers from HEI students (future teachers) in 10 participating European countries. The necessary improvement after the analyse of questionnaires will be carried out through the design, production and evaluation of a several activities. Among several activities we will define a massive online open course with six large modules: General aspects of Disability; Intellectual Disability, Physical Disability, Hearing Loss and Deafness, Vision Loss and Blindness and Accessibility in all languagues of participating countries plus English language. The applications for smartphones in all important operating systems (IOS, Android and Windows Mobile 10) will grant the access to everyone, everywhere at any time, in a multilanguage platform. The project leads to the development and dissemination of educational materials considered as best practices with ICT applied to disability. The final events, Symposium of Good Practices and International Congress will be able to open even more the networking of TELESEICT across Europe and worldwide to a vast people target-group.
