We have decided to participate in this project because we believe that it will bring new approaches, teaching techniques and social and cultural understanding to our school. It will have positive impact on our student, on the way teachers perform their job and it will help to convert our school into a modern European school. The selected training course perfectly matches our training needs. New study skills, various stimulating techniques, creative methodologies and learning styles, live class observation, the knowledge for a global community can help to improve our professional development. They also promise to unlock our creativity and motivate and inspire our colleagues and students. We have chosen training courses which are designed for different target group of students, from young learners to teenagers. Our 3 teachers took part in 3 different training courses provided by experienced professionals who has been training teachers for more than 40 years. The courses are Creative methodology for classroom, English language improvement for teachers, Methodology and language for primary teachers. After attending these courses we believe to be better prepared for modernization and internationalization of our educational institution. We will be able to evaluate and develop the materials to suit our teaching aims and student`s needs. Post-course, our school will carry out several activities-workshops, discussions and will try to implement obtained competences into education process. We will give opportunity for debate, discussion and expressing different points of view that will also develop and improve our communication skills. Sharing the results of the project will enable others to benefit from it in the long term. We also believe that soon afterwards we will become a part of big e-Twinning community
