Photography and painting art is a development tool that is revealing person's inner world and frame of mind. Both of them are a universal language of communication and moreover occurs the reflection of the self with this tool. Art is the sine qua non of our culture. Furthermore, our own historical monuments and cultural diversity appear as a unique state of the art.
In every civilization raising the artists who are interested in visual arts, be sold on consciousness of giving importance to these values and protection of cultural-historical values of the country is required and is essential. Every country future generations that is thinking multi-dimensional, saving and making a claim to cultural-historical values, surviving and commenting these values according to the principles of art must educate in their education system.
With this mobility project is intended to increasing interest in the related branches of art of all participants, increasing academic achievement of their, developing their self-confidence and abilities to interpret, recognizing national/international art works and historical-cultural values, increasing public awareness about saving and making a claim these values, growing up of photography art, supporting of photography art in project owner and partner countries, producing of photographic works that reflects the historical and cultural values, ensuring of growing up future generations that have valuable artist identity for community, developing language skills of all participants, increasing of the talented individuals to bring the valuable artworks have the artistic weightiness to the community, recognizing the different cultures of all participants, increasing of learning/teaching competencies and skills as a result of cultural differences observed. In line with these objectives we decided to make a first EU project in order to reflect our mission. It was given close attention to be states that would support to develop the artistic perspectives and comments of all participants and that can be seen closely the shown importance of history and cultural values while selecting countries to perform activities of project mobility. Artistic works produced in each country will be used as dissemination outputs of the project by turning into a presentation file. We think that our project objectives and goals would spread to a wider audience by agency of the award-winning international photography competition that will held in accordance with our project issues and objectives. The composite works that would consist of all collected datas from our country and our project partners other contries will be chosen with the help of experts and will be achieved the tangible outputs by taking pressure after all mobility activities are completed. The printed works ,in other words "photo portfolios", will be exhibited in a variety of schools, associations and art centers. Photography album book that we are called "photography almanac" from the obtained photography portfolios, project promotional CD medias, pamphlet, photography portfolios DVD medias that consist of the produced works in all mobility will be prepared and distributed. And all these outputs will be provided to achieve from our website will establish for our project. Additionally, we are planning to announce these outputs in the website of the district and provincial national education directorate, in local and national press. Our website will open to all internet users for sending of the photographic works that contains the project subject. In this way, both our school's other students and the amateur and professional photography enthusiasts in all countries that have been committing to the art of photography can share for uploading our website their artworks. We think that our project would be of great benefit for students interested in the art of painting and photography especially, for teachers, for artistic education colleges, for universities and other institutions, for young people who want to study in these art fields/branches.
