According to Rollo May “Communication leads to community, that is, to understanding, intimacy and mutual valuing”. Communication skills are the first competence that we are gaining after we are born. A smile, laugh, tears or touch are sign for the parents that their child wants to communicate their moods or needs. Those first steps with communication skills are evolving then into the words, sentences to facilitate the process of understating other people. Today communication skills are essential to find a suitable job, meet to know new people, gain new knowledge or develop our professional and personal life. For that reason we created ”Talk Shot!” which is a multilateral 8 day long Youth Exchange that aims to bring together young people and give them opportunity to enhance their commutation competence within Erasmus Plus Program. It will gather 36 youth leader and volunteers between 18 to 30 years old from Spain, Romania, Egypt, Armenia, Greece and Poland and Poland from 11th to 18th of September in Złocieniec, Poland. This project will focus on improving different types of communication skills among the participants. Youngsters will understand how to communicate throughout social media using video as a tool. We want to create a safe environment of mutual understanding and integrate participants from different cultures not only to build a spirit of tolerance among them but also to promote Youthpass as a tool to recognize and gained throughout of the project. All the activities in this project will be based on tools and methods of non-formal education, such as ice-breakers, simulations, role-playing, brainstorming, discussions, etc. The participants as a final result of this project will create a video and promote it in social media of showing the importance of communication skills in nowadays world.
