The project is based on a co-operation agreement made in earlier years, which has already yielded a shared project. The project has recognized a need of talented youths living in the border zone to receive the most possible support for starting their life careers. Project actions thus contain effective intervention tools for a collective assistance: operative programs for gift management in 6 subjects, a professional further training of 30 periods within the schools, roundtable conferences about gift innovations and intensive multiple-section know-how transfer. The project establishes the mutual understanding of teachers and students subsumed to school programs: common gift management days and outings and shared know-how products underlie the cross-border gift management.Beneficiaries of the project within the direct target group are the participants of the 30 period training (49 teachers from the two schools) and the eligible applicants of the gift management (an expected 120-150 students of the two schools in 6 subjects).
