Talent 4... is a workshop programme to help participants identify their innate talents and skills. Developed initially for use with young and adult prisoners in the UK, this project has created a European version of T4... (T4E) that is culturally specific and is suitable for participants from allbackgrounds.T4E uses a strengths-based approach to raise participants awareness of their talents and skills with a view to helping them make better and more informed judgements about future training and/or employment goals.The project allowed partners to make adaptations to the materials used in the programme to suit specific contexts, and the programme was successfully piloted through a series of six workshops with beneficiaries in each partner state. Partners contributed to the dissemination of the results of the project and helped in the exploitation of the product in their own and other EU states.
