The project is related to the training of stuff regarding the implementation of CLIL in the primary classroom. The aim of the project is to provide training to a member of our school stuff in order to expand his knowledge, experiences and practices relating to the implementation of CLIL in the school curriculum. This knowledge is expected to be disseminated within the school stuff, in order to empower the teachers of the school as CLIL teachers, promote the implementation of CLIL in the school, and help towards the achievement of the school's goal related to the improvement of our pupils' learning outcomes. The participant of the project is the Physical Education teacher of the school, who is implementing CLIL in his Physical Education lessons , and has shown a strong commitment in implementing CLIL. The participant teacher is expected to participate in a 5 day training about CLIL implementation and on coming back, give a detailed report of the knowledge and experiences gained. The participant's knowledge and experiences gained through the project will be used to support and expand the implementation of CLIL in our school but also to exchange ideas and practices with colleagues from other schools. The potential long term benefit envisaged is the conversion of our school into a CLIL school, where all classes will have one subject in the curriculum taught through CLIL.
