We had in the project 1 sending organisation from Odessa, Ukrain, who has sent 2 volunteers from Ukrain to our project. One of them is from a small village close to Odessa, here mother tounge is Ukrain, the other girl is the member of the Hungarian minority in Ukrain.
Hosting partners: Refugee Mission of Hungarian Reformed Church and the Youth Office of Hungarian Reformed Church. Both of them are working int he filed of helping, education, consultancy, organization of different events, but they are dealing with cross-country strategic questions also.
The first aim of the project was to develop the creativity and competencies of the participating volunteers.
Both of them were working and living in Budapest
Results:
Getting new competencies through helping others
More sensibility towards other cultures and problems
New partnership, new project development, stronger partnership network
More inclusive communities in different fields
