In the project Taekwondo -One World Third Stage participate 45 young people from 15 to 18 years old and 5 leaders from Lithuania,Latvia, Bulgaria, Luxembourg and Ukraine. This is third stage of international youth exchange held by Taekwondo AcademyTornado where is involved youth from five countries. The main objectives of the exchange is to increase the autonomy of youngpeople, collaboration skills and responsibility, learning from their own experience at a specific environment, the promotion of ahealthy lifestyle through sports and physical activity. Project is based on non formal education and learning process from each other,which will ensure the needs of the participants. Participants will be young people interested in health life style and taekwondo orwho never tried it but would like to understand the world through taekwondo principles. In youth exchange young people willcreate and issue the movie about second taekwondo complex called "Tegeuki I Jang" (Korean) that will be useful for all people.During the activities of the project youngsters will establish and expand personal and inter-institutional contacts, improve foreignlanguage skills, understand health life style and Taekwondo philosophy and principles. This is an unique opportunity to introduceyoung people to communicate, share their best practices, because the methodology and methods of teaching mentality, differentcountries may be different. The Exchange will take place in the round tables, debates and lectures about human physiology andspecific coaching techniques, youth employment, tolerance, healthy lifestyle, nutrition also cultural themes, where each party tointroduce young people from other countries with their own country.During round table discussions special attention will be appointed for the health life style and young people motivation.Youth that participated in the youth exchange will apply directly to their life all the results and the gained knowledge of this project.The experiences of youth who have participated in youth exchange will be shared with their friends, with their community and inthe schools also announce the project via social networks.The project will be held in Lithuania, S. Trakai city.Project date from September 9 to September 18, 2016.Duration: 10 days. Excluding travel time.
