Az emberek és közösségek közötti társadalmi koherencia növeléséhez járul hozzá a projekt, azon a módon, hogy a hátrányos helyzetű, szegény embereknek lehetőséget adunk arra, hogy új képességeket szerezzenek, és ezáltal munkához jussanak. A program segítségével a szegény emberek jobb társadalmi helyzetbe kerülnek és ezáltal a társadalmi feszültségek is csökkennek.A jelen projektben a partnerek egy közös képzési programsorozatot valósítanak meg a célcsoport számára, melyben egyúttal kiemelt szerepet kap a határ menti területek erősebb gazdasági és szociális integrációja is A megvalósításban a képzési programon keresztül bevezetünk egy új szakmát, a tapasztalati szakértő szakmáját, megteremtve a fejlesztés alapfeltételeit, kiképezve az új terület képviselőit A projekt konkrét céljai: - A tapasztalati szakértőség lehetőségeinek felmérése, szerepének megismertetése Magyarországon és Szlovákiában.- a tapasztalati szakértők bevonása a stratégia-tervezés különböző szintjein./Projekt prispieva k zvýšeniu sociálnej súdržnosti ľudí a komunít, takým spôsobom, že znevýhodneným, chudobným ľuďom dáme príležitosť získať nové zručnosti, a tým získať zamestnanie. Program pomáha chudobným ľuďom dostať sa do lepšieho sociálneho postavenia, čím sa zníži aj sociálne napätie.V rámci tohto projektu partneri realizujú rad spoločných vzdelávacích programov pre cieľovú skupinu, v ktorom teraz dostane významnú úlohu aj silnejšia hospodárska a sociálna integrácia? pohraničných regiónov. V realizácii cez vzdelávací program predstavíme aj ?novú profesiu", profesiu ?experta skúseností", vytvárajúc základné podmienky rozvoja, vyškolením zástupcov novej oblasti. Konkrétne ciele projektu: - Mapovanie možností expertov skúseností, podávanie informácií o ich úlohách v Maďarsku a na Slovensku. - Zapojenie expertov na skúseností na rôznych úrovniach strategického plánovania. Achievements: Handling the problem of poverty is only possible and fruitful if a long-term strategy is ensured. However, it may not be enough. The experience is that in spite of all efforts from state services, people in need do not want to cooperate with them. As if they did not want to break out of their situation. The reason for the lack of success is that the employees of the social services do not understand the psychological background of living in poverty as their living situation is fundamentally different. The new approach (user involvement) says a specially trained person (Experience Expert) who comes from poverty should be the connecting link between the social services and the targeted population. The aim of the project was to develop a training material for the Experience Experts, select them, train them with mentors, gain field experience and summarize the practical information collected during the project implementation. 30 Experience Experts were trained within the project.
