10iCampus is a part of Varde Campus, which is an inspiring educational enviroment for both students and employees, where the institutions can cooperate and evolve synergy. This synergy 10iCampus would like to contribute to both innovatively and professionally. To this context 10iCampus' management has consulted the study programme committees of English and German and decided to focus on the language teachers' supplementary training. By that the language teachers will intentionally evolve their teaching both in a formal and in an informal way. On 10iCampus all language teachers (6 English teachers and 3 German teachers) are very engaged and active. And looked upon in a perspective of relations they are very skilled both didacticly and educationally. 10iCampus focuses in the future on having a very competent group of foreign language teachers with a very high professional level of intercultural competences. It is therefore important to be able to live up to the vision of 10iCampus to be able to make all the students ready to start a youth education so the language teachers are ready to maintain the teaching, which provides the students' personal, social and professional interests and levels. The synergy of the language teaching will be expressed via the didactic model, where dimensioned teaching will be evaluated. The language teachers' general view will develop new teaching methods, so the student can be as good as possible. The activities are expected to be as follows: From the students we expect a higher professional level in English and German, increased motivation, lesser drop-outs, increased intercultural competences and a broader understanding of Denmark's part in the EU. From the teachers we expect a greater professional consciousness according to the different levels English and German are taught in 10iCampus. Increased competences in the spoken and written languages are also expected and a intercultural perspective in the plan of the school year. All in all a great variety in the teaching is expected - both innovatively, linguistically and relating to social science. 10iCampus as a whole expects that the language teachers also use their new knowledge in the other subjects that they daily teach - especially on the adventureline, the performanceline and the international line. A consolidation and a constructive continuation of new established contacts with teachers and schools outside Denmark are expected both as online class management, but also as mutural constructive professional visits. This will develop 10iCampus' international strategy/ European development plan.
