Project: Modern Technologies in Practical Training In the circumstances of continuously changing labour market, in connection of modern technologies development the demands of initial vocational training are dynamically changing. This imposes use of new elements to develop the system of values of young people, such as the idea of “lifelong learning”, aspiration of sustaining competiveness on the labour market etc. Beneficiaries of the present project are students from grades 11 and 12 of VSEE – Plovdiv, Bulgaria, who are on the final stage of their vocational education in the field of “Computer technologies”, “Industrial Electrical equipment” “Electronics”, Microprocessors”. They will be selected using certain criteria by the managing team of the project of VSEE. The planned groups for accomplishing mobility are: 1 group-20 students do mobility in the host organization “Tellus Ltd”, Plymouth, UK from 28.02,2016 to 19.03.2016г. 1 group-20 students do mobility in the host organization „Alfatraining Bildungszentrum”, Karlsruhe, Germany from 05.06.2016г to 25.06.2016г. The mobility lasts 3 weeks, 15 working days. Every group is accompanied by 2 teachers. The mobility includes cultural programme. The main objectives to achieve with the project are first of all - solving some important challenges facing the vocational education, namely: -Increasing of the level of vocational competences and skills of the beneficiaries in connection of adequacy to European labour market and outside it. -Acquiring vocational competences of the beneficiaries in the field of Web programming and design -Enlarging and development of vocational knowledge and skills of beneficiaries by working with test programmes, hardware setting and assembling, working on artificial intelligence, diagnosis and maintaining electrical equipment -Improving digital competences and applying them on the work place -increasing understanding and knowledge of different cultures and countries -improving foreign language competences of the beneficiaries by applying them in multicultural, real working environment -increasing motivation for lifelong learning, by acquiring good practices and experience, leading to successful professional realization -developing skills for team work -enlarging cultural point of view and looking for unusual solutions -acquiring European standards for work and living Increasing personal, professional culture, flexibility and ability to take the challenges -increasing transnational ability of VSEE, Plovdiv in international projects realization All range of planned actions for the realization of the project mobility results in achieving these goals. The project is accomplished by VSEE Plovdiv as an initiator and coordinator in cooperation with “Tellus Ltd”, Plymouth, Great Britain and „Alfatraining Bildungszentrum”, Karlsruhe, Germany. These partners’ organizations have an essential experience in vocational training and creating vocational training programmes for real work-based practice. The management of the project is conducted by the team of teachers from VSEE who are responsible for the accomplishing the entire programme of the mobility including managing of finances. Mobility and the cultural programme are placed at the host organizations. Successful mobility accomplishment will increase the quality of participants’ practical training, their adaptation and opportunities for successful realization on the united European market. The received national and international certificates (including Europass mobility document) will boost their portfolio and will be used for skills and competences validation. The participation of students and team of teachers in European mobility will lead to sharing and applying of positive European practices to the vocational training in VSEE. That and the created international connections will develop the school educational potential and increase its image in the region and in the country. Stay in Germany and Great Britain will enlarge the beneficiaries’ point of view of the culture, traditions life-style and work in a country member of European Union. The dissemination of results of project realization will be conducted on school, regional and national level. It will be focused on the interaction with the local business and higher education institutions for discussing the opportunities for future realization of the beneficiaries. The long term expectations of the project realization is more practically directed vocational education, which prepares high-qualified professionals for the local regional, national and international industry.
