Project "sustainable attitude for sustainable development" will prepare youth workers for challenges of tomorrow. In a complex working situations we feel the need to reconstruct relationships between ourselves and the stakeholders in a way that guarantees sustainability. The aim of the project is that we become aware of our current state and strengthen the sustainability part inside of it. The training will bring together 20 experienced youth workers from Malta, Croatia, Romania and Slovenia. Together we will work on developing four key relationships: self - development relationship, relationship between youth workers and youth, relationship to enterprising and relationship to environment. With innovative, practical workshops, useful in everyday work of partners organizations, each participant will become aware of his own state at each relationship and will gain competences for improving. Result of the project will be more sustainable daily work of partners organizations, because of the competences gained from participants during the project and because of practical implementation of sustainable focused activities after the mobility. Partners believe, we will sow the seeds of basic youth work on sustainability concept. We believe in the quality of our work and in change in perception of individuals, society, property and environment, caused by our and other similar projects.
