Supporting Training Skills for Empowerment and Employability - is an activity which will bring together 30 participants from 6 European countries. The training will be held 21th- 28th November 2016 in Madrid, Spain. Participants will be Youth workers, project managers, activists and volunteers who are engaged and active in each partner organization. Also, is important they have some experience in youth work willing to multiply the knowledge they get with other young people with fewer opportunities in local community.Based in our successful experience in the field of labour market and training we thought to organize this training course in order to train youth workers to develop concrete practices to help employability skills for youngsters with disadvantage they work with. Moreover, the projectAims to explore different issues such as: employability of young people, inclusion, and young people with fewer opportunities, soft skills so that they can have a better understanding of the importance of empowerment of youngsters with fewer opportunities and multiplier effect it causes in education, health countries economy. Besides, best practices will be shared from each partner organisation to create a chance to create future partnership.No doubt, building up strategies for project results dissemination and follow up activities in local communities will be important part of programme.Non-formal education methodology will guarantee open and interactive approaches to create a safe learning environment that would facilitate the development and acquisition of new skills, competences and attitudes and thus contribute to social and personal development. During this training Youth Workers will be able to develop their own attitudes and skills. Also they get the chance to get in touch with other realities in different European nations working in a multicultural team getting in touch with people of different ages, backgrounds and lifestyles learning another traditions and ways of living. Moreover they develop the ability to listen to other ideas, competences in communication, capacity to realize initiatives promoting inclusion, skills to develop a project on the Erasmus + Program.Therefore this training course will contribute to:• Youth worker’s social and professional development.• To explore key concepts of social inclusion, employment, soft skills, youngsters with fewer opportunities and share best practices among youth workers in inclusion and employability projects• To develop participants competences on their work to empower young people from disadvantage backgrounds in long term perspective• To create future and sustainable partnership between partners with a multiplying effect for members of each participating organizations• These skills and competences will be beneficial for participants for future initiatives, also helping young people become more aware of self-employment as a career option.
