More and more VET organisations were being encouraged to provide mobility opportunities to the widest possible audience that offered individuals the chance to participate in an experience that enhances their employability and support them in achieving their maximum potential. This was in line with the key operational objective of the Leonardo programme to improve the quality and volume of mobility throughout Europe. The main issue with many new organisations was that have they may have little experience in the operational management of the mobility process, therefore the aim of this project was to identify, adapt and transfer good practice from the experienced consortium partners and a mobility strategy was developed that adapted and transferred structures and tools to support mobility in VET for new mobility applicants. This in turn reinforced the good practice that exists with our organisations to further improve delivery of mobility.
