Association of teachers for adult education at secondary schools prepares an Erasmus+, KA1 project called Supporting adults to succeed as a third project in this programme. Our goal is to follow European development plan in which our goals has been set. ur goals are connected with internationalisation of our organization, iclusion of special needs students in adult education, implementation of new methods of work with adults. Our target group, adults are at risk because they left school formal education system once before. One of main aims of our association is to find a way of promoting adult education and have prevention programmes against drop outs.Thiys year we are partners with vocational school from Spain, with the department for adult education and we are going to recognize and transfere a good methods. Our job shadowing will be 5 days, before that we plan a good preparation and after that a broad dissemination of our project. The important phase will be an evaluation of our project, followed by a group of specialists for this area. Preparing all the phases of our project will lead us to the preparation of a new project, stragegic partnership within it we could recearch a problem of school leaving more deeply.
