The "Start-Servcie" ist a Department from the "Dienststelle für Personen mit Behinderungen". He helps people with disabilties to find and keep a job or a training. The employees from the Start-Service graduate different educations (psychology, pedagogy for persons with disabilities, mason/carpenter and ergotherapy). They would like to continue their education in "supported emplyement" and in "person centred planing". That will improve the quality of their work. The employees, who will participate at these activities are new team members (max. 1.5yeahr) and they would like to get specialists in terms of supported employment. They are for members participating at the further education: Anne Johnen, Michael Sparla, Lynn Grossmann and Lisa Baumgarten. Once a month the team "Start-Service" get together and we will talk about the course content. The further education over supported employment "professionel in Arbeit begleiten" from the "BAG UB" ist a long established education. It consists of nine modules. The "BAG UB" wants to spread the model of supported employment. The second education is on the subject of "person centred planing". This education consists in six module. It is organized from the "Landesverband für Menschen mit Körper- und Mehrfachbehinderung NRW e.V." with a partner "Netzwerk persönliche Zukunftsplanung". This educations will help us to improve the quality of our work and we will be working on the european standard. The results from the educations will be shown in our public work.
