SALMA2 is a multi-disciplinary mobility project with 5 European partners in Germany, The Netherlands, France, Spain and Estonia. The project has 66 student mobilities and 20 staff mobilities. Students have from 4 to 12 weeks of mobility periods on which student will receive additional professional knowledge and skills to strengthen the lifelong learning skills. Students have a tablet computer for documentation of the work and learning with pictures and videos. Vocational skills demonstrations are carried out, as well as skills recognition and validation of the entire exchange. Expert objective is to ensure student's mobility period's fluency and functionality. Expert take advantage of the mobile device during their mobility by collecting photo and video material, for example, work placements and partner organizations. For longer periods of mobility the mobile devices are also utilized in describing the video interview, or making other documentation from the local teacher and his experiences as a teacher. The collected material is made into digital story or other digitally distributed media. These materials are utilized throughout the Varia's personnel internationalization. Every travel report and a digital story is available to the public on a Varia Projects pages (http://www.variaprojektit.fi/kansainvalinen-toiminta/), so that they can be used for foreign students arriving to Finland. Varia and the student are shown in social media: Facebook and Varia's website will have an article about students' and staff experiences abroad.
