The main aim of this project is to ensure progress by working continuously and productively with the regional Youth Councils and Government structures at regional and national levels in order to create advantageous opportunities for youth work, strengthen youth organizations and the role they play in resolving issues relevant to young people.In order to achieve the foreseen aims of the project LiJOT, together with its partners, has organized 16 events aimed at finding out and representing the interests of the organizations, 4 thematic training courses and the Final Conference, focused on the continuity of the project. Also, methodical publication about the work of the regional Youth Councils was be produced.The main target group of the project were young people of different social and cultural background between 15 - 30 years of age from different regions of Lithuania as well as youth policy makers and representatives of the municipalities. In total 484 participants took part in the project activities.
