In the context of European plan of development of school our intention is to internationalize our organisation and by that to give our students and pedagogical employees the possibility to compare the level and conditions of education in other countries of EU. They check their knowledge and skills in conditions of school with the same focus and similar system of education, but with another technical equipment in host organization. The aim of project is to broaden and to improve professional competences of students , to reach better results in education, to motivate them with the knowing of needs of lifelong learning and to ease them movement on European labour market. At the same time we want to support the professional growing of pedagogical employees by gaining the new competences in the area of vocational education, so they will be able to to keep up with changing requirements on the labour market. The choice of partner we performed on the basis of previous successful mutual cooperation at the implementation of projects EU in the area of vocational education. Five pedagogical employees (teachers and masters of vocational training in the branch mechanic adjuster (setter)) will take part in mobility in host organization with duration of 5 days. They will broaden their vocational competences in programming of CNC machines in regulating system Fanuc in theoretical and practical part. The instructors will be vocational employees of partnership school. In the 4-years studying branch mechanic adjuster (setter) 10 students will take part in educational stay in host organization, where they will develop and broaden their competences in programming of CNC machines in EdgeCam system in chipping metal machining of material with the technology of milling and turning in theoretical and practical part. The instructors will be vocational workers of partnership school. The mobility is divided into 2 sessions with 5 students and 1 guided person, because technical conditions in host organization do not allow to send for mobility more students at the same time. Mobilities of students have durationof 14 days. The guided people from the pedagogical staff will provide the effective education during the mobility, protection and security, they will participate on the monitoring and evaluation of participants. Before the realizing the mobilities students will attend language preparation from vocational terminology under the guidance of our teachers of Slovak language with the cooperation with teachers of vocational subjects. The result of mobility will be broadening of school educational programmes in 4-years studying branch mechanic adjuster (setter) in subject Programming of CNC machines about the new regulating systemFanuc. At the mobilities of students there will be the most major effect broadening the vocational knowledge and skills of students in this branch, gaining the experiences from foreign labour market, checking and strengthening of language competences, and motivation of students of school to reach better studying results. Towards the public we expect raising of interest about this branch, which there is a shortage of them on labour market in our region.
