This project that Equisto, the Dutch coaching company specialised in employees with ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia, applies for is driven by the context of the European organizations in the field of adults with ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia. We are looking forward to work together with our European sister-organizations. Results will be in the skills of our workers, employees as well as volenteers, as well as (in its consequences) in the large number of employees we train and coach, as well is in their employers, who often ask us to help them also (next to the coaching of their employees) So our objectives with this project are clearly in changing the perception and the image of our targetgroup. Via the growing of the skills of our workers, we hope to reach or at least contribute to emancipation and (inclusiveness!) equal participation of adults with ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia. About 13 of our workers will participate; these are our employees and volenteers, the coaches, trainers, psychologist and other professionals. The activities are the courses in Strength Based coaching and guidance, Appriciative Leadership and Inspiring Facilitation Teaching and Training, as well al some job shadowing and a closing conference.
