The STREAM project aims to develop information and training tools for human resources personnel in large or small companies, to particularly address staff recruitment and retention problems in the hospitality sector.End products (to be made available in paper-based & DVD format) will comprise a comparative report on recruitment, retention and training practice in the five participating partner countries; a series of training materials including best practice case studies, interviews, videos and a 'tips and tricks' package and a self-directed learning tool taking the form of a series of questions and answers on key topics. All products will be available in three languages (EN, EL & SK).A project website will relay information on project achievements, will host final documentation and will further include a multilingual discussion forum. Further dissemination will focus upon the production of a promotional project leaflet and approaches to relevant press. End results will be presented at existing seminars for human resources personnel and via a series five national project seminars, where free project information packs are planned to be issued.
