STRATINDCOMPETENCIES - The development of strategical individual competencies in the context of eurointegration
The project aims at development of a catalogue of strategic individual competencies, and a methodology for teaching such competencies. A research on the current competence status and availability of development programs will be carried out in 8 countries participating in the project. Universities and other educational institutions, consultancy companies and individuals are the direct project target group. By the end of the project a catalogue of strategic individual competencies and a methodology will be produced.
