The main topics of the training course are the conception of instruments and methods to improve youth participation, local realities and issues regarding Youth Policies, cooperation between youth workers and decision making factors. The activities of the training courses are planned to take place between 15-23 September 2014 and 15-23 March 2015 in Slanic-Moldova, Romania, with 25 participants at each course from Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Romania. The activities implemented aim to create a space for learning and sharing experiences and knowledge regarding the sollutions to improve youth participation in community life, by searching for new and efficient methods for youth involvement and cooperation between NGOs, youth and local authorities. The expected results of the project are ambitous, but necessary in order to improve the report between youth and decision making factors. We expect to put in place a tree-way management system (Youth NGOs – young people – local authorities), in order to have a structure that can support the access and involvement of young people in the community life.
