The project is an inclusion project which includes 12 disadvantaged youngsters. First activity will realize in Belgium and the other two activities will realize in Hungary in Szekszárd. The activities in the project are group activities. The activities in Oostende is for 2 months and the activities in Szekszárd is for 1 month. The common points of the activities are; they both oriented to local community and environment. The common points of the volunteers are they are all disadvantaged youth. The main aim of the project is ;To improve solidarity, tolerance, mutual understanding, community harmony between the people via the benefit that the volunteer will give to local people. To decrease the percentage of disadvantage ,which youngsters have, Step by Step. The young volunteers who will be active citizens feel that they are European and support the development of organizations in the youth field via their own labor.The young disadvantaged people, who will participate to the activities with non-formal educative methods, intercultural atmosphere and active participation, will contribute to construction of more peaceful and succesful Europe as a part of intercultural dialogue
