Each project team member will have the scope of duties clearly specified. The internships will result in the higher degree of students self dependence, self-esteem, self confidence and personal development. Team work in the international environment will contribute to better understanding of the value of cultural diversity in Europe. Having observed the changes in participants’ attitude and skills, other students will be encouraged to make efforts to broaden their theoretical and practical background, as well as gain professional experience before completion of technical secondary education. Each partner of the project will broaden their knowledge, develop skills and gain experience, needed while acting at the international level. The school’s representatives and representatices of the partner will get to know people brought up in the different culture, which should stimulate their sensitivity for intercultural dialogue issues, customs diversity and diverse code of conduct in the European countries. Thanks to the realization of the project, ZS in Niedrzwica Duża will gain experience in international cooperation and strengthen its recognition among young people, which should result in more efficient recruitment process.
