The aim of the project is to achieve knowledge and vocational competence development by the students of O. Lange Technical School during an internship, which will be a good start in their career. That is why both teaching staff and students will participate in the work experience abroad. Students will get new experience, new practical and languistic skills in the multicultural environment. In the traineeship the beneficiaries will be students taught to be the Hotelary technician, Tourism technician and Economics technician, the teaching vocational staff and the headmaster will have job -shadowing. Teachers will get to know new teaching methods at practical lessons, workshops and in companies/ institutions, and they will also learn innovative methods of school management considering strategies of the region and country development. Students will have the internship in different countries in the European dimension but improving the same vocational abilities. O. Lange Technical School cooperates with three foreign partners: Euromind Projects from Spain will carry out the traineeship in Sevilla - two groups, 16 students each + two group leaders ( 01.07.2017-22.07.2017 and 04.06.2018 - 25.06.2018), Casa de Educacao from Portugal will organize the internship in Lisbon one group of 16 students + 2 group leaders (22.08.2016 - 09.09.2016) and job shadowing for a five-vocational - teacher group in the period of 21.08.2017 - 25.08.2017. The third partner is Tellus Educational Group from the United Kingdom which will organize the traineeship in Plymouth for two groups, 20 students +2 group leaders each.Apart from gaining work experience in the profession beneficiaries will develope linguistic skills on the praparatory coursein their country, mostly English and additionally groups going to Spain will have a Spanish course and participants going to Portugal a Portuguese course. The hosting organizations will continue the language courses during the IVT in the evenings.A really crucial goal is to learn new cultures, tradions, intercultural sophistication. We would like our students to learn tolerance and equality of all nations, religions and races. Students need a contact with a multicultural society so they will take part in the cultural programmme and trips. Each group will have at least one daily trip and some around the city and area in the evenings and at the weekends. Participants wil have dissemination sessions , they will prepare a guide book about the country of the internship. It will include information about : tradions, cultural differences, interesting places, accommodation, cuisine, transport and useful suggestions. In this way they will create nice materials which will be used in the further education at school during vocational classes. The teaching staff will prepare a raport from job-shadowing, deliver evaluation results and try to implement them at school depending on time and financial conditions. Beneficiaries will be accommodeted in the hostel with full-board in Lisbon and Sevilla, but with host families with full-board in Plymouth, all participants will get a monthly ticket for the local transport. The teaching staff will stay in a hotel with full board. Gained abilities and performed tasks will be evaluated by the mentor in the place of the traineeship with the ECVET assessment sheet. Then , project coordinators from sending and hosting organizations will assess the trainee's engagement in the IVT. The notes will help in further work at school. Participants will share the abilities with other students at school, they will teach them. They will show their new skills preparing and serving food and sharing their knowledge about new cultures during multimedia presentations at school events. All participants will get certificates and Europass Mobility documents.
