This project organizes vocational institutions and civil organizations from both sides of the border into a network. These organizations provide vocational training and services for disadvantaged young people, that would help them to stay in school, become skilled workers and find a suitable job. Another important aim of the project is to reduce the number of school drop-outs.The main activities of the project are the following: research activities (database elaboration, network creation), professional activities (elaboration of a methodological publication) and project website development.The primary target groups of the project are vocational trainers, teachers and service providers working with disadvantaged young people, managers and principals. A number of at least 5 schools from each county and 40 teachers from 20 schools, (2 from each) will take part in the project.
