Start a CHANGE with Youth EXCHANGE
Start date: May 2, 2016, End date: Dec 1, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

“Start a CHANGE with Youth EXCHANGE” is a contact-making event, which will take place in Sępólno Krajeńskie, Poland, on July 2-9, 2016. A total of 25 participants from 11 countries (Latvia, Spain, Finland, Greece, Estonia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Turkey and Poland) who are involved in youth leadership, education and youth work will be gathered in Sępólno Krajeńskie with a goal to share and gain knowledge on youth exchanges, develop youth exchange ideas and implement gained skills. It is important that these youth exchanges will be produced and implemented by young people on topics most important for them. Having a chance to discuss important issues related to young people interests we would like to encourage them to start CHANGING their realities, local societies using very powerful instrument: Youth Exchange. The profile of participants – peer-to-peer educators, youth workers, youth leaders connected with young people at the local level, not very experienced in Erasmus+ exchange projects. We are looking for people with many ideas on projects and partnerships in order to achieve our main goal – development of projects by youth leaders by themselves from the very first moment with their NGO’s only supporting them. For a better group building we will organize virtual meetings in the preparation phase. Collaborating atmosphere and support between participants are vital for this project and we will strongly promote this kind of atmosphere. Which by the ending of project should provide us 4 or 5 new project ideas ready to be applied in the following application deadline. Apart from “virtual mobility” meeting on preparation phase, the project oriented phase will consist of several activity programs and coaching phase. The results will be disseminated during the projects that will be developed by the participants, where they will have to share all the tools and conclusions achieved in the project. The process and results would be shared and visible on popular social media and websites, but we hope the project to have an impact in real life and bring out new experience and fresh ideas into the youth exchanges.
