We are the school center S2J which hosts a childcare and nursing aspirants sections (3rd degree of secondary school). The students in these sections execute every week an internship in care center for the early childhood, mainly in nursery or kindergarden. Within the Erasmus+ project, about twenty students will participate to an insertion internship in the early childhood field within the European Union. Throughout the internship we will favorize the auto-evaluation and metacognition. The internship take part in the end of study work of the student. At the end of the internship the student is asked to produce a report in order to favorize the professional analysis. We wish to develop autonomy and create and open-mind vision for everyone in order to fulfill the expectations of the professionnal life. Encouraging the relation with children by physical and affective security, answering their needs, working in collaboration and permetting the transmission of the information to a pluridisciplinary team, are other objectives of this internship. Since september reunions have permitted for some student parents to take part in the project. Two members of the team have gone to the internship work-place to determine the possibilities for housing, transport, meeting the different parteners, creating a coherent collaboration. Teachers have been nominated by the direction to ensure the coaching of the students. These teachers are the go-to adult who will follow the students in the early stage of the internship and who will ensure the good implementation of the project. We wish to reinforce the acquired skills, improve the open-minded spirit, develop the european identity and citizenship, favorize the mobility throughout Europe within their future profession
