The project articulates around three axes: - the training course of an English teacher - electronic or paper exchanges between the partner establishments - If possible, a reprocity of travels with the pupils of the partner schools. The context: the highschool is a small higschool situated in a rural area on a tiny island relatively far from the economic and cultural pole of French Polynesia. The candidate has been teaching English in this school for the past 9 years. There are 220 pupils, from modest or disadvantaged backgrounds. The geographical context added to that fact involves the difficulties of mobilities or awareness of the outside world. Thus the cultural opening has been for several years, a strong axis of the School's project. The participant is actively involved in exchanges with English-speaking establishments throughout the Pacific. The aims of the wanted training course are: - To improve and enhance the teacher's training = > to enhance her discursive skills and cultural knowledge. = > to develop and experiment new learning and teaching methods = > to share experience and ideas on the professional practices abroad - To strengthen a professional network = > to Create and to establish an exchange with the Brittish establishments - Sharing and broadcasting = > with the pupils in the class activities = > with the other teachers from the school (report to the board of the issues of the course) = > with the other English teachers of the area (of the island)
