Tradium is applying for 13 mobility grants for staff so that they may participate in course/conference activities. Tradium is one of Denmark’s largest combined schools, and internationalization is broad based and integrated into our organization. Because of our past work with internationalization, Tradium has won the FUFUs prize for internationalization in 2012.Tradium has for the last 6 years applied (and received) mobility grants through the Erasmus+ KA1 VET program. VET-programs do not support course/conference activities specifically for staff mobility; this is why we have decided to apply for School Education Staff Mobility. Our current application is a result of an application process, where departments from our school have completed internal applications from the wants and needs of their respective departments. This project is implemented out of Tradiums strategy, which is to have a global outlook. Tradium will have internationalization integrated even more into our all of our educations. Implementation of mobility grants are a very important element in our process to integrate internalization into our educations. With this project, we wish to send out teachers, leaders and administrative personal.There are teachers from our general upper secondary education HHX, as well as teachers from our vocational education and training for example our Technical Design education. Our specific goals for this project are:- Strengthening of language skills for our staff, including the expectation that some of our teachers will be certified in teaching in another language (English)- Our staff will receive specific skills advancement in their field. Expected outcome for staff/institution:- Staff receive specific skills advancement in their field. In the Metal department, it is expected that after their courses will they be able to offer a new line of courses for their department. - Teachers and other personal will strengthen their language skills. For the HHX department this will mean that they can come closer to their goal of offering nearly all of their studies in English within the Global Studies area of education. For vocational education and training and personal it will mean a boost in their engagement and motivation for the process of internationalization her at Tradium. In the example of Technical Designer, there will be a significant raise in the quality of their English lessons. - School leaders/personal have obtained relations with our international partners and have received inspiration for our schools future internationalization and activities (through participation in EfVET-conferences).- Tradiums executives/leaders receive new inspiration in the area of digital processing (through participation in Bett-conferences).We will use Europass Mobility documents as recognition of the competences our participants have gained under their mobility. The results of these mobility projects at a minimum will be evaluated and discussed in their respective departments, for example in relation to teacher meetings. The results will be discussed in other areas outside of the respective departments for example in relation to experience group meetings, together with other schools, press activity, Facebook, and/or blogs. This mobility project will significantly support and promote our students and teachers international competences with learning, employment and further education.
