?A Healthy mind in a healthy body?
Sports from ancient times were an important mater concerning most of the "known" world. Ancient Greeks believed that sports were the key to a balance between body and mind, two parts that are directly connected.
The main topic of our exchange is the participation of young people in activities as a mean to promote the sportsmanship and cooperation between participants who belong to different cultures, values and ethics reflecting how society works.
Our goal is to make young people more aware of the importance of healthy behaviors and outdoor activities but also to educate them to inter-cultural learning and to a more positive attitude towards other people and cultures.
Through the experimental education in line with the principle of non formal education, we will try to overcome the barriers and foster a more inclusive society, through the creation of more accessible sport activities and the promotion of healthy behaviors and lifestyles as well!
