The project “Sport as a healthy lifestyle” is an youth exchange, which will be held in Nesebar and the region with 58 participants from Bulgaria and Greece. The project objectives are to create an active position of young people for healthy lifestyles, to increase people to sport, to set a responsible position in terms of negative social problems and understanding of their consequences. The program of activities is a combination of sports, outdoor activities, workshops, simulation exercises and practical demonstrations with training by informal methods. The exchange will provide to young people a framework for a healthy lifestyle. The project also allows each country group of participants to make a presentation on their countries culture. The emphasis of the program is to build self-evaluation, acceptance of other people and value different people. The exchange is realized by Association Sports Club Wrestling Simeon Shterev - Levski in cooperation with Association Wrestling Organization Agios Georgios Serron, for a periopd of 11 days from 30.06.2014 to 09.07.2014.
